To align your healing journey with cultural practices, embodiment, and multigenerational relationships.
I provide psychotherapy sessions that include a combination of creative arts therapy, connection with your body & breath, and inquiry into the caregiving you received early on while holding the
meaningful context of your cultural identity in mind.
We will move at the pace your nervous system needs, looking together at your past as it shows up in the present. We will be with the sensations, images, curiosities, and yearnings that arise as we explore the story without words that unfolds when we turn towards our body and our creativity.
Each therapeutic relationship is unique, but our work together may include music therapy, EMDR, somatic practices, being curious about attachment, discovering what grounds and centers you, exploring your ancestry, unpacking Whiteness, grieving severed cultural relationships to land and ritual, or something we haven't even tried yet!
